In 2018, Jenn started her own YouTube channel where she gives tips on video marketing strategies. Her audience has swelled to 100,000 subscribers from every corner of the world. In March of 2021, she launched a new channel, “Jenn Jager Pro Tutorials” which is solely focused on helping editors sharpen their Final Cut Pro and Apple Motion skills.

Bradley Olsen

Bradley has over two decades of experience in the film and television industry. He has edited and post-supervised over a dozen independent feature films. In 2018, Brad made his directorial debut with Off the Tracks, a documentary about the disruption caused by the release of Apple’s editing software, Final Cut Pro X. He is the director of photography of the popular YouTube show, Cinema Therapy. Brad recently edited and helped produce the holiday rom-com, A Christmas of Wonders.

Wes Plate

Wes Plate worked in Seattle as an offline editor at Pinnacle as well as freelance in the late 90s and early 2000s. In 2001 he co-founded Automatic Duck, a software company that became well-known for making timeline translation plug-ins for Avid, FCP and AE users. Since then Wes has worked at Abobe and Apple, where he was one of the Final Cut Pro designers from 2016 to 2021. Today Wes is still the president and co-founder of Automatic Duck in addition to doing contract user experience design work.

Daniel Robert Cohn

Daniel Robert Cohn is an award-winning film director, WGA writer, visual effects artist, and animator. After achieving worldwide distribution and a prime-time network release for his debut feature film, Cohn went on to write screenplays for Universal Pictures, Constantin Film, Robert Cort Productions, and others. In 2004, he founded Namaste Pictures, a creative agency and production studio that has produced innovative live-action and animated content for some of the world’s top brands for over two decades. Blending artistic vision with cutting-edge technology, Cohn developed a unique filmmaking technique called Junk Art Compositing, which he employed in a recent branded superhero film featuring over 450 visual effects shots created almost entirely in Apple Motion. The film was featured in Adweek, Yahoo! Finance, and was named one of “The 4 Best Summer Marketing Campaigns of 2023” by Springboard. Cohn is currently planning his next feature film, You Have Arrived, with Academy Award-nominated producer Laurence Mark (The Greatest Showman, Dreamgirls, Jerry Maguire).

She oversees, well, everything to do with Cinema Therapy and provides creative input. She is proud to be Cinema Therapy’s Harry Potter expert.

Trevor Horton

Trevor has been an editor for close to 10 years. He’s worked on feature films, documentaries and most recently became the lead editor for the YouTube channel, “Cinema Therapy”. He’s a staunch advocate for Final Cut Pro and has used it over his entire career. He attended Santa Monica City College where he took numerous film editing courses and found that the track based NLE’s used for those courses were a frustrating experience. So much so that he would re-edit his projects at home in FCP. Over the years Trevor has been a go-to resource for those seeking the highest quality story telling. And now he’s leading a post-production team for two guys who talk about movies in a basement. Who say’s there’s no success to be had in your parents basement? Take that mom and dad! tzhediting.com

Alan Seawright

Alan is a professional filmmaker and co-host of Cinema Therapy. Over the last 18 years he’s directed documentary series, music videos, a feature film and over 100 commercials. He also co-produced and associate edited Off The Tracks, the documentary about FCPX and creativity. Now he mostly cries on the internet for money. He’s been a Final Cut Pro user since 2005, and possibly edited the first TV show in FCPX that was broadcast nationwide. But you’ve never heard of it, because it got canceled after one episode. Alan’s pretty sure that wasn’t his fault.
